Welcome to iChatUp. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iChatUp (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

iChatUp provides a WhatsApp automation and AI chatbot integration helper. Our software allows you to connect an AI instance to your WhatsApp number using session mirroring techniques. We do not provide official WhatsApp APIs, and we are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Acceptable Use and Safety

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, bulk marketing campaigns, or unsolicited messages that violate WhatsApp's policies.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other persons.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces or the underlying server infrastructure.

Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or permanent deletion of your workspace and user account without a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iChatUp, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Specifically, since iChatUp works via browser mirroring techniques, we are not responsible if your WhatsApp number is banned or restricted by WhatsApp/Meta due to high message volumes or spam complaints.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
