Is “unlimited AI replies” really unlimited?
Yes for normal business use: every customer who messages you gets answered, however many times. We only step in if a number is used for spam or bulk broadcasting, which we don’t allow — it’s also what gets WhatsApp numbers banned.
Which WhatsApp number can I connect?
The one you already use — a WhatsApp Business or regular WhatsApp number via Quick Connect (scan a QR), or a number on the official WhatsApp Cloud API via Meta Embedded Signup. One number per plan; message us if you need more.
What is the Automator plan for?
Businesses that live in Google Sheets. Automator reads your sheet as business memory (rooms, rates, stock, schedules) and writes every booking and lead back into it — two‑way, automatically.
How do payments and cancellation work?
Plans are billed monthly in INR through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net‑banking); we never see your card details. Cancel anytime from the dashboard and you keep access until the end of the billing period. See the refund policy for details.
