Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing iChatUp. We aim to provide high-quality services to automate and boost your WhatsApp support. Please read our refund rules carefully before purchasing a premium plan.
1. Free Tier / Trial
iChatUp offers a free forever plan that allows you to connect a WhatsApp number and test all core capabilities with no credit card required. We encourage all customers to use the free tier to fully test compatibility and verify if the AI answers meet their business standard before upgrading to a paid subscription.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions (Monthly/Annual) grant access to higher limits, customized business memory tokens, and premium support. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions. If you upgrade to a paid tier and decide the product does not meet your needs, you can contact us within 7 days of the initial purchase to request a full refund.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The request is made after more than 7 days from the initial purchase date.
- Your account or workspace has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g. spamming).
- You have actively consumed high volumes of AI tokens (e.g., automated thousands of messages in a short duration).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to billing@ichatup.com with the following details:
- Your account email address.
- Workspace name.
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (this helps us improve our product!).
Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once approved, the funds will be returned via the original payment method.
5. Cancelation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your workspace will remain on the premium plan until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
